Atlantic Motel Policy
You must have a valid Picture ID and a credit card to register for a room.
Prepayment is required, No refund for short stay for any reason.
Check out time is 11 A.M., late check out will results in charge for extra day.
Please drop off key in the office or a drop box near office.
Visitors must register at office. Visitors are not allowed to use swimming pool or other facilities. Visitors are not allowed in the motel from 11 P.M. to 9 A.M.
Desk service and telephone transfer service is not available between 10 P.M. and 8 A.M.
Telephone charge is extra. $20 deposit required to activate the telephone in your room.
Pool is open from 9 A.M to to 8 P.M. during summer.
Smoking is restricted. Do not smoke in public area and near non-smoking room. Do not remove the fire protection and safety devices like heat and smoke detectors. Any violation will result in $100 fine. Fire Inspector may imposed additional fine up to $1000 and up to a year in prison
Pets are not allowed without prior written authorization. Pet in the room without prior authorization will result in extra cleaning cost plus $100 charge.
Activities detrimental to comfort and safety of other guest will results in loss of room without refund.
Only one car per room is allowed. Car must be registered when check in. Unregistered car and car with oil or gas leak will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
Ice Machine is in the office. Ice is available for the use in the Motel
only. No coolers please.
